To ensure smooth operations and the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the Executive Committee has established the following rules.
By completing your registration, you are deemed to have agreed to all items below.
Anyone who violates these rules may receive a warning and, if the Executive Committee judges the act to be malicious, may be expelled from the venue without refund of the Participation Fee.
1. Participant Eligibility
To participate, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You understand the purpose of this event—a kemono fursuit social gathering.
- You have read and agreed to these rules.
- You completed registration on Eve-Sapo by the stated deadline (same-day registration is not possible).
- You will pay the Participation Fee at Reception on the day of the event.
- You are in good health on the day—no fever or other conditions that hinder participation.
2. Revocation of Participant Eligibility
The Executive Committee may revoke a participant’s eligibility if any of the following apply:
- The participant is found not to meet the “Participant Eligibility” requirements.
- False information was given during registration.
- The participant previously caused serious trouble or violated rules at this or similar events.
Even during the event, if any of the above are confirmed, the participant will be expelled immediately. Participation Fees will not be refunded.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following acts are forbidden inside the venue:
- Harassment or disruptive behavior toward other participants, staff, or third parties (including verbal abuse, violence, intimidation, sexual harassment, etc.).
- Damaging or defacing venue facilities, equipment, or others’ property.
- Touching or operating audio, video, lighting, air‑conditioning, or other equipment without permission.
- Bringing dangerous items (blades, firearms, explosives, flammables, poisons, toxic substances, or any item that threatens safety).
- Loud singing, instrument playing, running, jumping, or any act that generates loud noise or vibration.
- Acts contrary to public order and morals or to the law.
- Entering areas or facilities not authorized for event use.
- Bringing food or drink (only soft drinks in resealable containers such as PET bottles are allowed).
- Any other act the Executive Committee judges to hinder safe event operation or cause significant anxiety or discomfort to other participants.
Serious or malicious interference may be reported to the police or relevant authorities, and legal action may be taken.Participants who cause damage to the organizer, other attendees, venue, or third parties may be required to compensate for the damages.
4. Notes While Participating
- Always wear your Participation Badge visibly inside the venue.
- When interacting with or photographing a fursuit, always speak to the person first. Sudden hugs, etc., can cause accidents or injury.
- In case of disaster or emergency, follow staff instructions promptly.
5. Photography & Filming
When taking photographs, please follow these rules:
- Photography is allowed only inside the Main Hall. Shooting in corridors or Changing Rooms is prohibited.
- Live streaming from the venue is prohibited.
- Ask permission from anyone who will appear in your shot before taking photos.
- When posting images or videos to social media, please blur or otherwise obscure faces to protect privacy.
- Photos taken by staff may be used later for event promotion.
6. For Fursuit Participants
In addition to all rules above, the following apply to anyone who brings a fursuit (hereafter, Fursuit participant).
6‑1. Allowed Fursuits & Costumes
- Only fursuits or costumes related to kemono characters may be brought.
- Costumes that violate public order and morals are not allowed.
- Weapons (e.g., airsoft guns, replica swords) may not be brought for safety reasons.
6‑2. Use of Changing Rooms
- Put on and take off your fursuit only in the Changing Room.
- When not using the Changing Room, move your belongings to the designated Luggage Area inside it.
- Manage your valuables yourself (keep them on your person, etc.).
- Only Fursuit participants may enter the Changing Room. General participants—including attendants—are not permitted. If you need help suiting up or removing your suit, ask another Fursuit participant or a staff member.
6‑3. Rules While Wearing a Fursuit
- Fursuits may be worn only in the Main Hall and on the transit route between the Main Hall and the Changing Room.
- All photography and social interaction should take place in the Main Hall.
- Wear your suit only as long as your condition allows; stay hydrated and take breaks as needed to monitor your health.
7. Cancelling Your Participation
If you decide not to attend after registering, please cancel as follows:
- Until 06/24: On Eve‑Sapo, move yourself to “Interested” or “Not Participating.”
- 06/25–Event Day: Preparation is underway; please send a message via Eve‑Sapo’s messaging function.
A “no‑show” on the event day without prior notice will bar you from future participation. It is not the cancellation itself that causes problems, but failing to inform us beforehand or afterward.
8. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information collected for participation will be used only for:
- Ensuring safety within the venue (security, etc.).
- Accounting for participants in emergencies such as disasters.
Except with participant consent or when required by law, personal information will not be provided to third parties.
9. Infection‑Control Measures
Although infectious diseases have subsided, we continue to implement:
- Hand sanitizer stations.
- Continuous ventilation of the venue (mechanical exhaust).
- Strict health monitoring of staff.
We kindly ask all visitors to refrain from attending if feeling unwell.
