Rules
We have established the following rules to ensure the smooth operation of the event and to allow all participants to enjoy it safely.
By completing your event registration, you are deemed to have agreed to these rules.
Please note that if you violate these rules, you may receive a warning and, if deemed malicious, you may be asked to leave. In such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Eligibility for Participation
To participate in this event, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You understand the purpose of the event and agree to these rules.
- You have completed the pre-event registration before the deadline (no on-site registration allowed).
- You pay the participation fee at the reception desk on the day of the event.
- You have no fever or other health concerns on the day of the event and are in good condition to participate.
Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited within the venue:
- Any behavior that disturbs or inconveniences other participants, staff, or third parties (such as abusive language, violence, or any form of harassment).
- Damaging the venue’s facilities, equipment, or the belongings of others.
- Bringing in dangerous items (knives, explosives, flammable materials, poisons, toxins, or any item that may threaten the safety of others).
- Making loud noises (e.g., singing, performing music) or causing large vibrations (e.g., running, jumping).
- Any activity that violates public order or decency.
- Entering areas that are not designated by the organizer.
- Bringing in food or beverages (only soft drinks with lids are allowed).
- Any other act that interferes with the progress of the event.
If any of the prohibited acts cause damage to the organizer, other participants, the venue facilities, or a third party, you may be held liable for the damages.
Notes During Event Participation
- Always carry your participant badge so that it is clearly visible while in the venue.
- When interacting with or taking photos of someone in a fursuit, always call out to them first. Sudden physical contact, such as hugging without warning, can lead to accidents or injuries.
- In case of any disaster or emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff.
Photography
When taking photographs, please follow these rules:
- Photography is only allowed inside the Main Venue. Taking photos in hallways or dressing rooms is prohibited.
- Live streaming from within the venue is prohibited.
- Always get permission from the subject before taking photographs.
- When posting images on social media, please protect people’s privacy (for example, by applying mosaics to faces).
- Photographs taken by staff may be used for promotional purposes in the future.
For Participants with Fursuits
Participants who bring and wear fursuits (hereafter “Fursuit Participants”) must also follow the rules below, in addition to all of the rules above.
Costumes and Outfits That May Be Brought
- Fursuit Participants may bring costumes related to “kemono” (furry/anthropomorphic) characters.
- Costumes or outfits that violate public order or decency may not be brought in.
- Weapons (such as air guns or replica swords) are not permitted for safety reasons.
Use of the Changing Room
- All putting on and taking off of fursuits must be done in the changing room.
- When not using the dressing room, please move your belongings to the storage area provided in the dressing room.
- Please take responsibility for your valuables by keeping them on your person at all times.
Rules for Wearing Fursuits
- Fursuits may be worn only in the Main Venue and while traveling between the Main Venue and the dressing room.
- All photo sessions and interactions should take place within the Main Venue.
- Please be mindful of your physical condition when wearing a fursuit. Stay hydrated and take regular breaks as needed.
Handling of Personal Information
Personal information collected in relation to this event will be used only for the following purposes:
- To ensure safe operation of the event (e.g., venue security).
- To keep track of participants in case of disasters or other emergencies.
Unless the participant agrees or it is required by law, we will not provide collected personal information to any third parties.
Infection Prevention Measures
Because this event is taking place in March, a season when influenza and other infectious diseases are prevalent, we will implement the following measures:
- Providing hand sanitizing stations.
- Ventilating the venue (by keeping exhaust fans running continuously).
- Ensuring thorough health management of staff.
We kindly request your cooperation by using hand sanitizer upon entry and refraining from attending if you feel unwell.
